Pro: Load / Remove Demo Data
Voltora Academy Pro includes demo-data tools so you can populate a site with sample courses, modules, students, teachers, and grades — then remove them cleanly when you are done evaluating.
This article covers loading and removing demo data from the dashboard.
Before you start
- You are logged in as an Admin on a Voltora Academy Pro site.
- You understand that loading demo data adds sample records (and removing it deletes them).
Steps — load demo data
- Open the Academy Management Dashboard.
- In the top action bar, click Load Demo to populate sample courses, modules, students, teachers, and grades.
- Once loaded, explore the demo to see Pro features in action (certificates, gamification, ratings, revenue).
Steps — remove demo data
- On the dashboard action bar, click Remove Demo.
- Confirm the removal to delete the sample courses, modules, students, teachers, and grades.
Tips & things to know
- Load Demo is ideal for testing the full Pro experience before going live.
- Removing demo data clears the sample records — do this before adding your real catalog.
- Demo-data tools are a Pro-only Admin feature.
