Who we are

These terms cover purchases and downloads from https://divi-power.com, operated by CD Harris Design under the DiviPower name. Contact: support@divi-power.com.

By buying or downloading from this site, you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

Voltora Academy Pro is a digital software license for a WordPress / Divi LMS plugin. You receive a downloadable zip and a yearly license that covers unlimited sites for that term.

The first year is $179. Renewals are $299 per year unless we post a different price before you renew. The license includes one year of updates and support from the purchase or renewal date.

Voltora Academy for Divi is a free plugin. Free downloads are still covered by the license, IP, warranty, and prohibited-use sections below where they apply.

We do not take a revenue share on your course sales. Your WooCommerce checkout is yours.

License grant

When your order completes, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Voltora Academy Pro on unlimited sites you own or manage, for the paid term.

You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin zip or license keys as a product of your own. You may use the plugin to build client sites under this license. You may not share one key publicly or with people who are not helping you run those sites.

Requirements

Voltora Academy Pro requires Divi 5 and, to sell courses, WooCommerce. It is not supported on Divi 4 or non-Divi themes. You are responsible for keeping WordPress, Divi, WooCommerce, and PHP within the versions we support.

Renewals

The license is yearly. When the term ends, you can renew to keep receiving updates and support. If you do not renew, the plugin may keep running, but you stop receiving updates and support for that license. Pricing for renewals is posted on the product page ($299 after the first year unless we change it before your renewal).

Renewal charges are final and are not eligible for a refund once charged. Cancel or turn off auto-renew before the renewal date if you do not want another year.

Support

Support during the paid term covers help with the plugin as described on the product page and in our knowledgebase. It does not include building your whole academy for you, custom development, or fixing third-party themes and plugins.

Prohibited uses

You may not:

  • Crack, reverse engineer, or strip license checks except where the law allows
  • Redistribute the zip or keys
  • Use the software to break the law or harm others
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices from the software files

Intellectual property

The plugin, branding, demos, and documentation belong to CD Harris Design / DiviPower or our licensors. Buying a license does not transfer ownership of the software. Your course content, student data, and site content remain yours.

Disclaimer of warranty

The software is provided as is. We work hard to keep it solid, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every purpose. Digital products depend on your host, theme, and other plugins. Try the live demos before you buy when you can.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CD Harris Design / DiviPower is not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the site or the plugin. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that order in the twelve months before the claim.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund and Returns Policy on this site. The 30-day money-back window applies to first purchases only, subject to that policy. Renewals are not refundable once charged. Digital goods are not physically returned.

Privacy

How we handle account and order data is described in our Privacy Policy on this site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site or renewals after a change means you accept the updated terms for new activity. The terms in force at purchase apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Virginia are the venue for disputes, unless consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
