Refund and Returns Policy

What we sell

Voltora Academy Pro is a digital WordPress plugin. You buy a yearly license, download a zip, and install it on your Divi 5 site. There is nothing to ship and nothing physical to return.

Voltora Academy for Divi is free. Free products do not need a refund.

The short version

First purchase only: if Pro is not the right fit, email us within 30 days of that first purchase and we will refund you when the license has not been put into heavy production use. After that window, or after the plugin has been activated and used as a live academy, that first sale is final.

Renewals are not refundable. Once a renewal is charged, that charge is final.

When we refund

We grant a refund when all of the following are true:

  • This is your first purchase of Voltora Academy Pro (not a renewal).
  • You ask within 30 days of that first purchase date.
  • You bought Voltora Academy Pro from https://divi-power.com.
  • The license key has not been activated on a live production site beyond a short evaluation, or you can show a clear product defect we cannot fix in a reasonable time.

If something is broken on our side, contact us first. We would rather fix the install than process a refund you did not want.

When we do not refund

We generally do not refund when:

  • More than 30 days have passed since purchase.
  • You have been running Pro as a live school for students, selling courses, or otherwise putting the license into regular production use.
  • You changed your mind after using the product extensively (buyer's remorse after heavy use).
  • The issue is with your host, your theme version, a conflicting plugin, or Divi 4 / a non-Divi theme (Pro requires Divi 5).
  • You expected features that are not listed on the product page.
  • You downloaded the free Voltora Academy for Divi plugin (including from WordPress.org, if listed). Free products have no purchase to reverse.
  • The charge is a renewal. Renewals are not eligible for a refund once charged.

Renewals

Renewal charges are final. The 30-day money-back window applies only to your first purchase of Voltora Academy Pro. If you do not want another year, cancel or turn off auto-renew before the renewal date.

How to request a refund

Email support@divi-power.com with:

  • The order number or the email you used at checkout
  • The license key, if you have one
  • A short note on why you want a refund

We reply as soon as we can, usually within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, email us before opening a chargeback. Chargebacks add fees and delays for everyone. We treat a chargeback on a fulfilled digital download as a dispute of a completed order and may revoke the license while it is open.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
